Is there such a thing? My pig cage is a bit annoying, in that the water bottle and hay rack has to be attached to one end, where the horizontal bars are. I want to put another 2 hay racks in, but the only reason I never have is because they'd have to be attached to vertical bars, and I can't think that I've ever found a hay rack you could do that with.

I've tried to just give them extra hay in a box rather than in a pile on the fleece, but they just chuck it out all over the fleece, as they love having it on the floor. rolleyes

The only thing that springs to mind to attach to vertical bars is a kind of hay cage that you could make yourself out of mesh or similar ?/

Have you thought of putting the hay in a box then attaching it to the cage on the outside? Attach it at the top of your cage and the sides. its just an idea.

Dare I suggest this? P@H have a hay manager that you could may be tie wrap to the sides of your pen. I am going to have a proper look this Thursday because I need three more for hay.

Thread string through a loo roll holder and tie is on the bars, stuff it with hay. Or, make a hay sock and hang that stuffed with hay. All the rack things have hay falling out everywhere. xx

Thanks for the responses. :) I've bought one of those wooden ones from Pets at Home and will have a go with that - should at least be able to tie it on well. I bet my destructive piggies will (a) destroy the rack and (b) tip the hay all over the floor! rolleyes:)) If it works well, I'll get several, I think.
