Hay poke eye or eye infection

Not really sure what caused this it happened over night so I'm using eye drops and ointment from my other gp who had a eye issue last year. I was told it could be from hay buy I'm freaking out n don't wanna waste money at the vet if it isn't serious

Your piggy needs to see a vet. Eye issues are always an urgent situation and require prompt diagnosis and treatment.
This looks like potentially ulceration from a haypoke.

Please don’t use the eye drops that were prescribed for your other piggy. If they have been opened since last year they are most likely out of date now. Most eye drops need to be thrown after after six weeks of being opened.
