Hay help.....

I've ran out of my normal hay (Science Selective Timothy hay) I've ordered some but it won't be delivered until tomorrow. I'm in pets at home right now and they haven't got any, nor have they any of the burgess with dandelion and marigold which is my 2nd choice. They only have their own brands and they all say rabbit?! I've asked a staff member and if they're suitable for guinea pigs and she said "erm, I think so, I'm not totally sure"

If it states Rabbit, it is OK for guinea pigs?

Yes it’s absolutely fine
Hay is hay. The reason they say rabbit is to do with its VAT banding, nothing to do with it being unsuitable for piggies

Might go and find the staff member and clue her up a bit. Surely working in a pet shop you should have basic knowledge of both animals and products.
