Hey guys, any idea what this can be? I think she poked her eye with hay? Should I visit the vet or will it wairnfor a while? In my country, everyting is locked except food shops and doctor (coronavirus) so I do not want to bother them if it is not something serious. thank you

Could you telephone or email this picture plus a close up of the eye to your vets & see if they can advise? If its the grey dot in the eye it's probably a hay poke & would be a good idea to get eye drops &get it looked at but if not possible to see the vet -
as a temporary measure - if u have a some boiled water with a tiny pinch of salt dissolved in it & cooled, just drip one or two drops of water from a wick of kitchen paper towel into it, it will help clean it & not get infected, but if there's a bit of hay stuck in the eye or under the eyelid it will need veterinary treatment preferably ASAP to avoid complications.

If it's the slight whiteness around the eye it could be a poke, infection or other problems, if the eye is bulging it's definitely a vet visit as a priority.

Stay safe let us know how you get on xx

Ps she's gorgeous & looks like my Squiggle x

Unfortunately emails are not an option at my vet. I will try and visit them tommorow. At first it was white (just in the corner of her eye), now it is bigger and more red...thank you for your advice..I will let you know after my visit :)
