Am soooo pleased ,thanks to another post quite a while a go on this forum have bought my first bale of lovely green hay, only 3.95 ;D re advice in that post I put the bale immediately in a double duvet cover and nooo mess in the car and easier to carry to shed. Thanks whoever that was,I'm sure it was on this Forum, this will save me sooo much money,oh and guess what........hubby pleased for once too :D :D

That's brilliant. I've never looked back since I started buying bales. No more worry about running out and its so much cheaper :)

we buy the bales but its chopped up a bit which I think is crap for them burying themselves under, but its wayyyyyyyyy cheaper that way

A mum from school gave me a small hay bale weeks ago and it's been absolutely fantastic and lasted ages. All the pigs and my buns love it and can't eat enough of it. I just hope she won't mind me buying my hay off her in future, so much cheaper than buying from the shops.

i get bales from my local farm and bales of timothy hay from my equine shop
