I am looking at ordering one but I was curious about how they are delivered.
Does the correx come in one big flat sheet or is it in 2 pieces? Or does it come rolled?
Trying to decide whether to order one before we move or after.
(I am looking at the 2x5 or 2x6)

I got a 2x5 from them and it was scored and folded in half - so still quite a large box but flat.
If you have room for 2x6 then I would recommend going for that. There are always tales on here of people extending their cages. I am also one of them - I extended my original 2x5 to a 2x7 - it would have been easier and cheaper to get the larger size to start with. Bigger really is better :D

Thanks. I am not sure if a 2x6 will fit where I want it to go in the new house. I will try and check the measurements and find out, I do prefer to go for larger enclosures with my pets

I ordered a 2 x 5 from there with a lid. It ended up as a 4 x 3 with a loft and platform and no lid, just had to buy extra corex and tape it together. The beauty of C & C grids are they are so versatile.

If you have a boy and girl. Can you have a 2x4 c&c
Of course you could, and you would still be offering more than many of the recommended pet shop sized cages.
But offering more space makes for happier, healthier, more animated guinea pigs.
I think anyone who has ever seen a happy piggy doing laps of a huge cage will testify that more is always more for guinea pigs.

Hi, Can I just ask where you got your extra corex? I can't find any anywhere

You can get 2mm in Wicks I found it hard to score as I kept going through it so I got some 4mm on ebay. I know some people on here have got on ok with 2mm. There is another board called protecta board which is effectively the same I think. There was a link on here the other day for that may have been @PiggyOwner that posted it? Apologies to PiggyOwner if I tagged you in error.

I looked at buying a ready made kit but it was much cheaper to buy the correx and grids myself and build it. I'm glad I did as I've changed the layout 3 times now! Just need to get some more correx now the cages have been made bigger.
