Hard dried skin behind ear

Good morning! My one texel piggie is always getting hard dried skin behind one of his ears that then flakes off, but feels like a hard bump. Any ideas?
 
It would be best to have a hands on vet check carried out. I’m afraid we could only make guesses which would not be helpful.
i hope he is ok
