Here's my husband, Grant, at his happiest: small couch pulled over so it's 2ft from the telly, football to watch, beer to drink and a piggie to cuddle. :smitten:

I am sad, The Beard is only with me for another week. My husband starts his new managerial position next Monday and he has been told to arrive 'clean-shaven'.

Awww bless, aren't men big softies? Hope the new job goes well! Peter can't grow a beard either as he works as an IT Technician and company policy is no beards or pony tails I think thats terrible!

Not that I like beards mind you...so not my thing at all

It's a bakery, so.. :-\

Well, you know actually I don't get it either - he's not even really going to be baking anything unless they are short-handed. And I really like The Beard (it even gets capitals) so I know I'm going to be upset next Monday, I know it sounds stupid.. :(

Pigpig has actually really grown - it's not that he's wee, my hubby's a big man! ;D

He used to be able to hold Pigpig in one hand, I think Pigpig was the runt of the litter. He's very much my husband's pig, two ginges together! :smitten:
 
His beard is well groomed and tidy, i could understand if it was fly away!lol

your very lucky, my oh would never be caught holding a pig! x
 
I know, he keeps it really neat and there's hardly ever anything stuck in it, and it's not as though he would be rubbing his face on the bagels... ;D

My OH loves the pigs and hamsters.... not on cleaning out day though! ::)

i'm the same, my fiance has a beard and i love it, he threatens to shave to wind me up. he was told to be clean shaven too, but he's been there 7 years and he's their best employee so they don't complain! :) the piggie is gorgeous btw :)

Thank you lau200, great to find another hairy face fan! I'm quite annoyed, he's been beardy for ages and this 'clean shaven' thing simply comes down to one person's (his boss) preference. S'not fair!

Yes, PL, my hubby is happy and trance-like, aware of nothing else but football, pig and beer! ;D I know you love Pigpig, I will have to do a special Pigpig montage just for you one of these days!

I can understand why they want him clean shaven, but its a sad loss :'( ;D

Andy is a 'reigional sales manager', and he had a bit of a beard going on at the moment, but I think his sales are too good at the moment for them to pee him off by telling him how to shave ;D ;D

He wouldnt be able to get away with the haircut your hubby has though, waaaay to short, he has to have a #4 at shortest :(

I love a man with a bit of beard going on.. very manly... :) :o

My husband is a manager too and he can basically do what he likes so right now he has some sort of stubbly thing going on and a david beckham spiky blondish do.

He is very sexy. I love my hubby. :)
