Aw, look at them! Amazing trust after all they have been through! They are a beautiful bunch and it’s all down to your care and love just how calm and laid back they now areWheeky Wheekday to from your Cornish family and me. Have a great day.
I hope you like this special picture from the trio you caught living rough under a road bridge nearly two years ago.
As you can see, Millyn very much prefers the hutch feel by religiously emptying the hay tray and systematically spreading big mouthful by big mouthful of hay on the ground around the tray as soon as I refill it. It's a futile battle to keep their cage tidy! I just let them have their fun now...
But what is really gratifying is to see them all sleeping totally conked out right out in the open at the front of the cage knowing what they have been through. The picture says it all for me, and hopefully for you, too.

But it is also down to you catching them and bringing the whole family here all the way from Cornwall to the West Midlands...Aw, look at them! Amazing trust after all they have been through! They are a beautiful bunch and it’s all down to your care and love just how calm and laid back they now are
That photo has topped off a very happy day!But it is also down to you catching them and bringing the whole family here all the way from Cornwall to the West Midlands...
I thought that you would enjoy this little update as a kind of birthday present with a difference; something you cannot buy. It's a long way from the brambles and ivy and the big clump of self-seeded pampas grass to find safety in from being chased by dogs off the leash in that waste land ravine.
That photo has topped off a very happy day!
They were in a truly horrible place, poor little loves. It’s so lovely to see them looking so happy and relaxed sleeping out like that. Thanks for giving them such a wonderful home x
Sadly last week a poor baby white baby rabbit was found near there. I helped the lady with hay and advice while she waited to see if anyone had lost one, nobody came forward. The little rabbit was offered a home by a small family animal charity and also by Maria’s. Sadly she passed away at the vets the following day. She went down hill very suddenly, I think it was all too much for the poor little mite
It was lovely to meet you and your hubby too, not to mention cuddles with all your little piggiesPoor little mite! Why do people have to be so cruel?
But glad that you have had a great day. I was also lovely to meet you and your hub when you brought up the family.
