Poor Hamish, after his sore back foot…. he has now hurt a front foot.
All fine during the day, and for veggies in the evening, bumbling about the playpen having fun. We went out to water the garden, came in and Hamish was acting strange….. stuffed head first into the hay pile flopped over, when normally he is demanding his snack before home time. We all sit on the sofa for a cuddle and late night veggie snack and he doesn't want to come out of his fleece bag, turns out he has done something to his foot. He is not weight bearing on it at all.
Going to be phoning the vets as soon as they open.
Hamish has had his breakfast delivered to his bed of choice.

Oh no - poor Hamish (and poor you).
I hope the vet can see him quickly and it turns out to be something minor.

poor hamish. I hope all goes well at the vet and he is feeling better soon

Thank you, squeezed a vet trip in during work time(shhh!).
Hamish has a very swollen elbow joint, vet says she can’t feel a break. Thank goodness.
Pain relief for 5days.
Hamish is feeling very sorry for himself. Hector is not helping, he’s decided he had to be as close to Hamish as possible. Hamish just wants space!
Had to leave them to sort themselves out and get back to work to pay for the vets.
Now local vet costs identical to specialists. :yikes:
