Hair Trim

My new texel doesn't like having his hair trimmed at all. As this is my first texel I'm just doing it gradual you bit at a time. Having difficulty locating his bottom under all the hair! I don't want to stress him as I've only had him a few days. Advise on the best way to trim him around that area please. I just run my fingers through his hair at the mo it's not matted or notty so that's ok any help would be nice please

My texel is quite good at sitting still and letting me trim him, but I still give him lots of treats to divert his attention meanwhile.

I'll try the treat thing still not too sure what his favourite is yet xx

They usually love lettuce (not iceberg)

He is a bit fussy with his lettuce he does romaine tho x

If you have access to clean grass, that's usually popular with them as well.
