Hi, I’ve only just noticed that my little Brussel has almost a bald spot on his nose. He doesn’t seem to have hair loss anywhere else. Any ideas as to what this could be and if I need to do anything? Any help would be great!

Hi! It may be very the start of some very mild fungal which is not yet visible or he may have had something stuck on the nose (like semen fluid which has its nickname 'boar glue' for a very good reason) and often ends on a nose; if he has managed to scratch it off, it could have come off with some hairs.

Just keep an eye on it for the time being and contacting a vet if there are typical fungal crusts developing. It is more likely just one of these little things that rectify themselves though.
