Hey

I own rabbits and occasionally when they are ill, I bring them indoors overnight in an indoor cage, which I put in my bedroom. i plan to house my piggies in my bedroom too, so is there any problems that could occur with them being in the same room temporially?

It's fine to keep rabbits and guineas in the same room as long as they are in separate cages and are given separate floor time. Rabbits can do guineas serious harm by kicking out, but if you don't let them out together (which I'm sure you had no intention of doing) there won't be a problem.

Both rabbits and guinea pigs are prey animals, and it's when people try to keep them, or other prey animals, in the same room as predators (ferrets, snakes, etc) that they can become incredibly stressed. It's out and out cruelty to do this but it's amazing the amount of owners who don't even think about it.

thank you for this answer. you have put my mind at ease. :) (and I wouldn't dream of letting out together either. :) )
