I've got a 2 storey hutch in the garage...to start with my two wouldn't venture down the ramp and stayed in the top which has a cosy sleeping area filled with hay to one side.

After adding a short tunnel and sides to the ramp plus a bit of bribery they are now happily going up and down the ramp regularly.

They also appear to now prefer being downstairs in the hutch in the main ...we think they may no longer using the cosy sleeping area where we put the snugglesafe at night...

Should we worry or will they naturally go back up there to the warmest bit of the hutch if it gets colder at night?

If you know for sure that they can us the ramp then they will sleep where they want to sleep, but a lot of piggies just aren't fans of ramps.
You could try adding a cardboard box stuffed with hay downstairs if you are really worried.
Maybe just add the box at night, so they still have floor space for running around during the day?
Do you see them use the ramp daily?

Why not just put the snugglesafe downstairs if they prefer that area?
You could add a cardboard box with the open side facing to one side, pop hay and the water bottle in there so will help keep them warm. X

Update...they are now happily using the ramp all the time and are using the sleeping area on colder days/nights so Ive stopped worrying. Thanks for all your advice.
