I've had my guinea pigs now for 3 weeks and they seem to hate floor time, they go into a cosy and don't move at all even to go to the loo. They are also still terrified of me and hate being handled, don't know what to do for the best?

Mine were like that too. I found taking away their hides encouraged them to nosey around. Sit on the floor with them with some veggies in your hands. Every time they come near you give them a treat. Same goes for lap time, lots of veggies. Over time they'll see you as the food person and learn to love...tolerate you. Perseverance!
