"guinea Pigs Have Been Lying To You"

In this house it's been non stop lies from the start.
Every day they are starving, and barley able to raise their hungry little bodies onto their hind legs so they can wheek through the bars at me about how desperate they are for food. :lol:

I would have bought it too - must look out for one when we are back in the UK - the kids would love it.

Guinea pigs are very good at playing the poor, starving victims aren't they. My two will sit in the corner of their cage facing my bed and watch me from around 8am, if I'm not up by 8:15 to feed them they'll pace the floor and eek like they're being murdered :doh:

I always wonder just who that little guinea pig is (or was, I guess, it's an old picture.) It seems to be the first choice guinea pig stock footage photo, I have seen it everywhere for years! I would be proud if that was my piggie!

That's what I thought too, "I've seen this pig before!" :P I hope that piggy has made a lot of money from having their picture all over the world :D

It is literally on everything, I have a lip balm with it on haha, I wonder what it's name is and where it's from? I'd love to know how old it is haha :) it is cute though :) but how did it get so famous?

It must just be a stock photo... they are taken with the understanding that they can be reused in various contexts, so the piggie is not getting any royalties! It still would be neat to have a world-recognized piggie like this little guy, though!
 
I would totally buy this just to have the carton! Though I think when my kids were younger, they would have been worried that the juice was made out of guinea pigs! One of my girls was once concerned that the 'flamingo pink' paint we bought was made out of real flamingos!

Did you tell her "No, It's actually made out of pelicans that have been dyed pink as real Flamingo's are too expensive?" :tu:

The poor unfortunate souls whom I torture act as alarm clocks for me, now that they are used to their feeding schedule. Their wheeks increase in volume until they get what they want...at first I was questioning my sanity, wondering if I was just DREAMING that I'd fed them but really forgot to, but I've learned to check their whiskers...

Mines too :D how dare we not feed them at the exact time they demand!
 
I love the sign! I would totally hang that in the piggie room!
