So I had to move into my apartment for college and it was a few hours drive. Even though I lined my piggy’s carrier with newspaper, he managed to move it out of the way! Then he peed this large puddle and just sat in it peeing some more later. He reeked of pee and was soaking wet so I gave him a bath using coconut oil (I didn’t have any pet shampoos and the stores were closed). It’s been a day, but his fur looks like this:

I only put the oil on his underside, NOT his head. This is how his fur usually looks:

I don’t know what I should do to fix it. Or will it go away on it’s own? Please help!

Hello and welcome to the forum to you and your very handsome boar.
Coconut oil is greasy so it will have made his hair greasy which is why it looks wet. You will need to bath him again with a shampoo recommended for guinea pigs. I use Gorgeous Guineas (purchase on line) or Johnsons (can be bought in pet shops), rinse it off well. I guess it would wear off in time if you don't want to bath him but I can't imagine having greasy hair is very pleasant.

Hi welcome to the forum.
That’s coconut oil for you, don’t worry too much it will continue to look a little oily for a while but it won’t hurt him. Coconut oil should be used very sparingly, I found this out the hard way too
