Guinea pig's foot swollen

Hello everyone

When I was playing with my guinea pig (boar), I noticed that he was not very active and prefer to be stationary. So I checked if something is wrong with him and I found out that his foot is swollen and has a bump also his nail looks cut off or missing. I'm very worried. Do you guys have any advice? Here are the pictures.

This needs to be seen by a vet; the sooner, the better!
Many vet clinics are still running a socially distanced service for any cases that need to be seen and treated.
