Guinea pig's bloody poop problem

Hello everyone, I am new here.
I wanted to ask what happened on my female guinea pig, its poop came up with blood. :0 I don't know what should I do. Is it pregnant? Or diet problem? I gave it to eat rabbit food, and there are 2 more guinea pigs(each male and female). But they do not have the same problem. Or is it cancer, period?


p/s I am from Malaysia's small town, the case of breeding guinea pigs seem less and rare here. Hence, I don't think taking it to vet is a good idea. :(
And sorry for any grammar mistakes!
 
I don't know why it's pooing blood but you should feed it on guinea pig food as they can'y make their own vitamin c, they should also have fresh veg everyday
 
I would still recommend taking her to a vet x
