Sorry you and your piggy are struggling. Have you tried syringe feeding him ?

Is your piggy on adequate pain relief? A piggy in pain will not want to eat it is also going to be strange for him for a while until he adapts to having just one eye. Why was the eye removed?
Was it a front tooth (incisor) that was removed or a back tooth (molar) and why was it removed? It isn’t advisable to remove teeth unless absolutely necessary especially not the molars as they have nothing to wear against.
If your piggy is not eating, you will have to syringe feee him and weigh him daily. I’m afraid if he is losing weight, the more syringe feed you will have to feed

What pain relief is your piggy on?
Please urgently step in with syringe feeding. This replaces the hay your piggy is not eating for himself, and ensures his gut continues to function. This is essential that you do this.
Please ensure you weigh him every morning so you can ensure he has had enough syringe feeding in the previous day to keep his weight stable. Any weight loss from day to day means he was not fed enough and you need to increase. He will need at least of 60ml per day. The less he takes at each sitting, the more often you will need to feed him.
