One of my guinea pigs is using her paw on her mouth to get something out her mouth she is drinking and eating fine should I worry

Have you checked her mouth to see if something is stuck in there?
Or is she grooming herself, like bending her head back near her bum and looking like she is "itching" and using both her hands to wipe her face.

I would also recommend you change your 'location' on your account.
A general area is needed to give you tailored advice, but sharing your postcode is not necessary and I would not want anything unsafe to happen. You can share a general location, or region.

An update on the above post. I edited your location to remove the full postcode and put a very general area. If you wish for something more precise that is fine (though we wouldn't recommend giving the full postcode) you can go in to your profile and edit it again

Hello and welcome to the forum.

I’d weigh her every day at the same time for a few days to make sure she is able to eat ok and not losing weight. Sometimes it’s looks like they are eating but in reality they are not.
