Guinea pig with extra hole ?

I have a pig about 5 months old and today as I was brushing them (not sure of the gender) i discovered an extra hole a far bit above their butt. I have no idea what it is or if I need to do something about it please help!

It sounds like you have a boar, it's probably the anal sack. You may find something to help you in the 2 above links from the guides. This is a UK based forum so most members are in bed, experts will be along in the morning.

On the pig's back or on the pig's belly? Pigs have a grease gland on their lower backs, about an inch or so up from their 'bums.' Some pigs have a more obvious grease gland than others. Both boars and sows have grease glands.

If it's on the belly side, it wouldn't be that... I only have sows and am not sure what you would be seeing and I see someone with more boar experience posted above so I will defer to them. You can also post a picture and see if any of us can help you out based on the pic. Hope this helps a bit!
