Guinea pig with dry feet

Hi all a few months ago I adopted two guinea pigs in there previous home they had been left in dirty bedding so they had bad feet after treatment for that I adopted them but I’ve noticed there feet get very dry can anyone recommend ointment or is coconut oil just as good

Vaseline is good, and what the vet might suggest, and Gorgeous Guineas perfect paws ointment is even better! We have a piggy with gnarly old dry red feet, she was super obese living in a hamster cage on hard cat litter pellets for 2 years before we brought her home, and although she's slimmed down and toned up 8 months later her feet are still awful, and she still insists on sitting in her own pee because she always had to before... she loves a foot massage with the perfect paws ointment though! It seems very soothing
