Specialist Guinea pig with bulging eye

Hello, my pig who I adopted three months ago is having a eye problem. She is 2 years old and right when I got her I noticed that her left eye was bigger than her right eye. I immediately took her to the vet and they got rid of her mites yet they didn't see any thing wrong with the eye. But her eye still looks like it's bulging out.
Her home before wasn't the best and her eye hasn't changed that much but maybe it's a little bigger. Please help.

That is concerning. And you say it’s been like that the entire time you’ve had her? I would get her back to the vet for it to be properly checked.

Any bulging eye needs to be taken seriously and should be addressed promptly. How piggy savvy are your vets and which country are you in?

It can be caused by glaucoma or more commonly by an retrobulbar abscess (an abscess sitting behind the eye).

I also took my guineapig to emergency vet because one of his eye looks exactly like your guineapig... and the doctor said she didn't see any problem from outside... and I can come back for more through check another time.... so I'm so confused too
