Guinea pig whimpering while sleeping?

Hii recently i’ve noticed my pig has been making high pitched whimpering/ whining noises while sleeping. She is about 4 years old and their cage is spot cleaned twice a day so don’t think it could be a respiratory illness. But i’m unsure of what to do!

Is she making the noise when awake too? If you are worried it’s her breathing then a vet visit would be good.

Is she acting normal when awake? Eating and pooping ok? Is her weight stable?

If you’re worried about vet trip would not go amiss.
It may be she’s just dreaming but it’s always good to get things checked out just in case
