guinea pig weird grunting noises

my guinea pig has been making weird grunting noises for a couple weeks. I know what usual grunting sounds like because they make it alot when their happy, but this isnt usual grunting. she makes the sound alot and you can tell it's off, any ideas what could be happening?

You could try posting a video of her making the sound but from words alone, it’s very hard for us to know what is happening. A vet would be needed for diagnosis though.

she does it all the time, sorry its vague. she does it when shes eating and sleeping and walking
