guys i have american texel mix GP breed. he's 8months, i always weighing him and it's pretty stable but i forgot to check average piggies weight for his age. and boom there's a lot of gap. he must be 780grams when he's only 650grams. did he just small because he's texel and texel is one of smallest GP breed? or he's literally underweight? or did i and the breeder just mistaken about his age and he's honestly only 6months old Guinea pig?

There is no such thing as average weight for age. He doesn’t need to weigh a specific amount and the things you read or were told that say they should weigh a certain amount at each age are totally incorrect.

Piggies get to their own size in their own time and a good healthy hay based diet is the way to do that.
There is a huge variation in healthy weights of adult piggies from the lower end of around 600g to the upper end of around 1800g.
It is by checking their heft that tells you whether they are a good size for themselves. The number on the scales doesn’t tell you what is healthy for them - it just tells you they are growing/maintaining their weight by eating sufficiently.

As long as your piggy is gaining weight while he is young, stabilises as an adult and doesn’t lose weight, and has good heft then it’s fine

Great advice above, just to add an example from my herd - we have a girl we've had since she was about 3mo old, and she barely tops 700g at her heaviest. I kept waiting for her to have her teenage growth spurt but she never did! (Although certainly not for lack of trying, she eats very well :)) )

His teeth look ok but we are not vets and the only way to ensure there are no health issues is to see a vet.

If he is eating and gaining weight then he likely fine
