Hi,
One of my guinea pig weighs 871 grams (he is around 5-6 months). Is that a healthy weight for him?

My second guinea pig weighs 657 grams (he is about the same age as the first one but a it could be possible that he is 4 1/2 months). Is this a healthy weight for him?
Thanks

The number on the scales is not indicative of what is healthy for an individual piggy as individual weight varies widely from piggy to piggy.
You need to weigh them weekly to ensure their weight is going up as that is the only way to kow they are eating enough hay.
Equally, there is no age to weight range.

To check their size is healthy for them, then you need to check their heft. The guide here explains

I have had perfectly healthy adult piggies vary in weight from 900 grams to 1400 grams.
Both my smallest and largest were also females!
