I hope other members don't mind but I have come across another application of material from the www.protection.co.uk site, as well as their Proplex (Correx equivalent), for guinea pig housing etc.
A customer wanted to protect water bottles and used foam tubing normally used on handrails or pipes to wrap around the water bottles to protect from frost. Here is a link to a blog post that might be helpful and there are other guinea pig related posts on there that may be useful too. I have some cute pigs at home and use some of these useful ideas from other cavy lovers and appreciate the shared experiences.
