guinea pig was contracting before sneezing

Hi there, my guinea pig Neville has done some weird behaviour that I've only seem him do twice. I'm gonna call my vet tomorrow about it, but I wanted to know if anyone experienced a similar thing and had some words of advice.

Neville was eating pellets from his bowl then lifted his head, and started to contract like he was gagging. You could see his stomach almost heaving with each contraction. In the middle of this he was able to run to the opposite side of the cage and then continue contracting. He did this approx 8 times until he sneezed. And then he was completely fine after that.

Neville doesn't have any signs of respiratory infection, doesn't sneeze often, and is otherwise completely healthy (despite being a little chunky).

I'm not a health expert but I have a piggy who does something similar to this. It's known as heaving hiccups and seems to be triggered by eating too fast.
