Guinea pig "vomiting" white stuff, on her nose too?

Hello, I don't have a guinea pig, but this is for a friend. She said she noticed this morning, and that she has not eaten anything. She says the guinea pig is not like herself at all, and that the noises she is making are croaky? I heard guinea pigs cannot vomit, and whatever it is, I don't want to worry her too much, but I want to help her all I can

If she is not eating and there is something she is describing as "vomit" then she needs to get to a vet as an emergency. You are right in saying guinea pigs cannot vomit

Could it possibly be anything other than "vomit"? I'm not sure there are vets near her, at least not open ones. She says she'll try to take the guinea pig tomorrow

It is something other than vomit but we cannot tell you what it is sight unseen and without access to the guinea pig. 'Vomit' is often a sign that your piggy is struggling or no longer able to swallow and in need of seeing a vet as soon as possible, as is total loss of appetite.
