Guinea Pig Toy Question

My fiancé bought our guinea pigs a sisal woven hut from pet smart and we are wondering of that's safe for them to have. We saw a review saying it was toxic to them but others saying the opposite. There is no paint or sugar coatings over the sisal! Thanks!

When in doubt, throw it out. That is the best way to go at any time.

I'm sure there was a post or something about someone's rabbit getting caught up in a sisal ball and it tangling round the bunnys neck. As when they chew most of the ball away it's just really like string that's left and can be dangerous.
