Hello Everyone!

I've had my girls about 5 months now, and I need some advice on taming and handling.
Pepper is friendlier, and will usually let me stroke her and pick her up fairly easily, but when I bring her in she just wants to hide.
Pickle is quite different, she will come right up to me , especially at food time as she is the very greedy one (with some very loud wheeking! ) but she absolutely can not stand to be touched or picked up. It makes me sad that I feel like she hates me! She will jump and run away when I try to touch her at all, every single time. It's been a while since I've had them now and I don't know what to do as I don't want to traumatise her.

Just had them in for 10 minutes on the sofa which was actually quite successful, Pickle the more nervous one seemed to like it sitting quite high on my chest supported by my arm as she sat there still for a while and felt very relaxed! And Pepper laid down next to me.
They've now decided they've had enough of me so I'll put them to bed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
