Please have your piggy seen by a vet. I am afraid we cannot tell you what it is as it will need a hands on diagnosis which only a vet can give you.
Are you in the UK? If so, then please call your normal surgery phone number to get the details of the practice they use for out of hours/emergency cover (if they don’t offer it themselves)

Please have your piggy seen for a mammary tumor (can be both benign or malign and does affect both boars and sows equally) as soon as possible. If you are in the UK and have access to out-of-hours vets, please contact them now. The tumor will need removing as soon as possible but it is important that it can be kept from going septic until then. Any bleeding counts as an emergency.
