New guinea pig owner and have had Cleo for around a month and half now and up until around a week and a half ago she was fine with being picked up having lap time and anything else and never complained. Now she hates being picked up with a passion and will not tolerate being out of her cage outside of floor time. She continues scrambles down my arms nipping at me as she goes and constantly letting out small squeaks till today when she bit me to the point to draw blood. Her sister pippa on the other hand hates to be removed from the cage but once out she's happy as can be and will take a nap while laying with me she just hates actually being lifted and has never even tried to nibble.

Most piggies don’t like to be picked up - it triggers their prey instinct of the impending doom of being eaten. It may be that she now feels comfortable enough to tell you she doesn’t like it. You have to remember that they are generally not cuddly pets, so work with them rather than trying to ‘make’ them enjoy it. How old are your girls?

They're both 5-6 months right now I was just worried something else was wrong since it was such a difference from her sister napping on me happily

When they become more comfortable it can happen. They’re also at the start of their teenage months where they can also be a little hormonal.
