I don't pretend to be an expert but that doesn't sound like a normal noise to me at all, sounds more like a hoot - I'd get him to a vet to check for a respiratory issue/infection. It might be nothing but you're better safe than sorry.

Hello, he only does this when he’s inside the house deep sleeping only, he doesn’t do it at all whenever he’s out of his Bed or eating or drinking or napping outside, also when he does this it only lasts for 10 secs and then it’ll go away then 1 hour later it sometimes comes back, for an example he didn’t do it 3 days in a row, then can happen 1 day again then the next day it doesn’t happen. Also when he does this noise I make sniff a cookie and he does I hear it clear exactly in his nose, it’s like he has to sneeze or his nose is irritated or has allergies or has dust I honestly don’t know he acts perfectly fine and everything, and I already took to the vet because I thought it was a URI, we were giving Bactrim a 14 day course today is the 7th day and he isn’t worst or anything or has any other symptoms only this nose, so I’m starting to thing he’s allergic to something

An allergy wouldn't discriminate, you wouldn't get a reaction just while sleeping.

Has the vet seen/heard him making the noise? If so and they're happy to continue with the antibiotics at the time being I'd run with it. But if not, it'd be worth letting them know to see if it alters their treatment recommendation.

When Comet was hooting, his problem was specifically, crackly lungs. Everything else was clear.

Yes, the Vet checked his breathing really carefully and his nose and his lungs use a stethoscope to listen carefully, she also made made Pinky stand still for 3 minutes to make sure he didn’t have any rapid breathing or anything he didn’t, and no he didn’t do the noise at the vet, like I said it rarely happens and it only happens when he’s deep sleeping and when it happens it lasts the max 10 secs and then goes away, and randomly comes back we told the vet he had some sneezing because that was all his symptoms nothing else so I’m just trying to figure out what is wrong with him is why I post here he acts completely normal and everything
