One of my Guinea pig sometimes stays frozen for quite a while on hind legs, she uses one of two wooden bridges in the cage to support her front legs. She doesn't just stay upright homewer, she fully puts her head down on the bridge and stretches her legs as well for maximum comfort, one time she even let one of her front legs to fall off the bridge, as her head and second leg proved to be enough of a support. Interestingly enough, it happened shortly after my mum came up with the idea to use slightly refrigerated tile to help Guinea pig cool down with heat waves in Europe. Could it be that it caught cold in some form?

She is still very active, eats food a lot, didnt drop weight, and doesn't wheek in pain or anything, urine and poop is normal as well.

It sounds like a bit of a odd position for her to enjoy, but it sounds like it is just something she likes! As she is doing it voluntarily its probably not of concern. I really don’t think it’s a sign of illness, but guinea pigs don’t get colds in any event
