Guinea pig problem

Today i saw something weird at my baby guinea pig, do you guys know what it is an what should i do? 8C185009-C2A9-4610-818D-BB7D2F120C9C.webp
 
Could it be a bite from one of the others? Where is that mark on the pig? I couldn't tell from your pic
 
Can you take a photo of the area from a little further back? It looks like there is some hair loss there but I can’t really tell from the photo.
 
I think you should make an appointment with the vet. Email them the photo then follow up with a phone call.
 
I'm sorry. I mean I wish i could suggest something it might be. When you showed your first pic I wondered if it was a bite. None of my pigs have had anything like that. So a vet is your best bet
