Just checked on my sow this morning to find it looks like she has been peeing blood. I cleaned her out yesterday evening so must have happened overnight. I don't think this has happened a lot before but it's hard to tell as sometimes her pee looks orange after she has eaten spinach which I am trying not to give her now. She isn't typically extremely active but is walking around and chatting as normal. I am pretty sure but can anyone confirm this definitely looks like blood? And what it could possibly be a sign of? Thank you!

Hi

Please see a vet for a potential urinary tract infection (UTI) or bladder stones. If it is an infection, it will take around around 5 days for symptoms to fully firm up; they are a bit off and on at the start. Please make an appointment for the coming week tomorrow.
