I was wondering if anyone could tell me how long the swelling is to be expected for my male guinea that was neutered 2 days ago?

Can you please take a picture? We cannot comment based on the lack of relevant information in your question, considerating that neutering can come with a number of different 'swellings'.

A photo would be helpful. Is he on Metacam /loxicom to help with swelling and pain relief?
