My guinea pig named Hotdog has been making weird grumble noises whenever he’s eating and I’m worried. Despite that he seems completely fine, squeaking and doing his usual guinea pig things. However, I have noticed he’s being a bit more tired? Since he usually always runs around and tries to escape from his cage. I’m not sure if that’s a symptom for anything or just my paranoia. I’m just really worried. I will be taking him to the vet soon.

It is hopefully just greedy/possessive eating! If in doubt, see a vet.

Could be many things. on the postive side he seems ok with normal life and being a piggie that's good. But theirs a reason he's makin that noise and personally a vet trip and the source of it found. Fingers crossed. x
