Guinea pig making noises while sleeping

I have a guinea pig who makes like a low rumble strut noise when sleeping, almost as if she's dreaming. I wanted to make sure that this wasn't a health issue or not, ive had her for years and she is very healthy.

I’m afraid its not really possible for us to know what the noise is or what might be going on from just a written description.
If you are concerned, then it’s always a good idea to see a vet

Hi and welcome

Piggies can dream (I have watched my Hywel rumblestrut in his sleep and waking himself up; I even have the pictures) but they can also have more floppy airways when they get older (like humans), which can lead to breathing noises or even snoring.

If in any doubt, please see a vet because we can only guess sight unseen (not that we are qualified to replace a vet).
