So my guinea pig from the Morning to- Night 8:00AM to RN 9:50PM was pooping and and peeing completely normal and acting completely normal as well, he took a nap and after napping he did poop he made noise like pain noise? I don't know why? I did give him lettuce I don't know if lettuce caused him a stomach pain or make him struggle to poop? it's just very weird and outta no where, he doesn't make no noise at all while peeing or pooping in general and has no back history in it. after he dropped a few poops he stopped making the noise and he is acting completely normal and himself walking and jumping, I just don't know why he made noises at that time while pooping? is it a bladder stone or? was it the lettuce I gave him, Rn I am checking on him and he is acting like nothing happen I just wanna make sure he Is okay I already have the vet booked for next Friday for his original check up, should I tell them? and should make the appointment much faster is it necessary?

Hey, is the piggie male if so have you checked his poo pouch as that can get lots of blockage and cause some problems, but I'm not as experienced as a vet, so best bet it to get them to one if you think there is something wrong.

I would monitor the situation for now and if remains as it is at the moment, then do mention it to the vet at your booked appointment.
If things get worse then get in touch with the vet sooner than Friday.

I would not immediately align pooping once and squeaking once with a bladder stone. More often the symptoms of such as pain and blood when urinating.

Yes he is a male guinea pig he is 5 years old and 8 months now if that helps and I checked I see nothing wrong, and quick update he has dropped over 60 poops and peed several times no noise at all or anything completely fine and active and happy

Will do, so far he's been pooping like usually and a lot, he hasn't made any noises at all, he peed completely fine and pooped fine as well besides (Last night that time) I've monitor him for almost 8 hours and I work soon, do you think he will be okay? or is it necessary to call out and keep checking on him? He is drinking eating, excited etc completely normal do you by any chance know why he would make noises while pooping if he has no other symptoms? Just so I can be cautious and aware but overall he is peeing and pooping fine no blood no nothing.

If he has been ok all this time I don’t think there is any reason to not go to work etc.

We can’t know why he would make a one off sound - it may simply have been a coincidence.
If there is an issue brewing it may take some days for symptoms to become consistent. If his weight is stable at each weekly check (you can always switch to daily weight checks if you become concerned about hay intake) then all you can do is monitor and see if things change. I would be hugely worrying at this point though
