Ok so I was combing my piggy, Vanilla, and then she suddenly jumped off the kitchen island (which is fairly high). She landed with a rlly loud thud. At first i thought she was fine, but then I noticed that she was bleeding and her upper lip is bleeding. She is also making wheezing noises and these really breathy, loud sneezes. She seems fine and doesn't look like there are broken bones, and she ate the fresh grass we gave her, but I just want to make sure she's fine. Not sure if this is also an injury (i checked my other guinea pig and she also has this), but Vanilla's phitrum-ish place is parted. Do guinea pigs have that? I don't think she's drinking water or eating pellets either.
Thanks in advance!

Please have your piggy seen by a vet ASAP. We cannot tell you if she is ok - only a vet can do so upon physical examination. Any fall from height is of big concern for such delicate creatures and internal injuries must be ruled out. She may also be shocked.
Any piggy who is not eating or drinking must be seen by a vet and you will need to step in with syringe feedinging as an emergency measure.

yes but its tricky because the vets are closed as its 9pm here

If you don’t have emergency/out of hours vet you can go to now (I know we are very lucky in the Uk to have vet access provided 24 hours a day but not everywhere has), then all you can do is follow the measures in the link to the emergency guide I added in my previous reply and see a vet as soon as they open in the morning

This guide below may also help. You will need to try to stop the bleeding
First Aid Kit: Easily available non-medication support products for an emergency

So I actually had this happen to me recently. One of my young pigs jumped out of my arms as I was taking her back to her cage (I’m 5’11 and she was jumping from my chest height so fairly high) and she bit her lip slightly and was bleeding. She was also making weird noises like your pig. My personal experience was that she was just frightened which is why she was making those noises, and her lip has healed fine. The vet checked her out and she was fine. But no one can tell you if she’s okay except for a vet, guinea pigs are fragile creatures and can easily get hurt 💞
