Guinea pig lice?

Hi, so on sunday I got 2 male Guinea pigs, they were born 2 weeks before New Years and was in a litter of 3. I got them from my neighbour who absolutely loves her piggies. Anyway, last night whilst holding one I noticed cream/white tiny things moving about in their fur. I can’t see anything on the other. I googled and it sounds like lice? What would be my next step as this is my first time owing Guinea pigs? I have put the link in for a video of said life, hopefully it works Thanks.

It certainly does look like lice.
Please do have them seen by a vet so you can get a diagnosis and the correct strength ivermectin treatment. Please don’t be tempted to use any anti parasite treatments from pet shops as they aren’t strong enough to deal with the problem.

You will also need to disinfect the cage and items using a vet grade cleaner - F10 is the best thing to use.
