My Guinea Pig Suddenly Became Less Active,Last Night He Slept For A Long Time Which Was Very Unusual And In The Morning He Didn't Move From His Place,I Tried Taking Him From His Place And He Started Making Weird Noise
Is It Normal Or Should I Take Him To A Vet?

I do not think that is normal and if it is out of character for him then I would definitely be getting him to the vet.

Hope he is OK .

Please take him to the vet as soon as possible. This counts as an emergency.

Take the time to read our emergency care advice. You will need to step in with feeding support asap; the guide link tells you how and how you can improvise with what you have at home or easily available in an emergency to help keep him alive until you can get him seen, any medical treatment kicks in and you can get hold of the regular support care.
Here is the one-stop information link: Emergency, Crisis and Bridging Care until a Vet Appointment
