Hello, we just bought our guinea pigs last week from a rescue. There are 3 in total and one of them (Timmy) seems to occasionally bite/nip. It's never drawn blood but it does make us feel a bit more cautious around her. The other girl (Biscuit) hasn't done this before but Peanut(another one this time a boy) has done this twice. Is this normal? We also have 3 children, who are 9, 10 and 12.

Welcome to the forum. One of my boys, Mischievous Master Boris used to be a bit nippy when we first adopted him. He was lacking in social skills as he had been alone. He didn't bite hard and never broke the skin. I followed the advice on the link, which worked. He hasn't nipped for several months now and has evolved into a piggy who licks us and grooms The Daddy Slaves arm hair.
