Yes he looks like he has chipped one of his incisors on something. His incisor should grow pretty fast and meet the opposing incisor (bottom one) within a couple of weeks. then they will rubbing together and wear properly again and even each other up. The bottom one will grow up a bit as it has nothing to wear against for a little while
In the meantime weigh him daily and keep a record of his weight. You are looking for a nice steady weight, that shows he is eating normally.
Be vigilant and make sure he is still eating his normal foods and plenty of hay
