Hi, I think my guinea pig has conjunctivitis. I have read on internet that I should clean his eye with warm water and cotton. I have sodium sulamyd eye drops for conjunctivitis with me. Should I use them also to cure him or just cleaning the eye regularly will be fine ?

You need to have the issue confirmed with a vet who will more than likely prescribe appropriate eye drops.
Eye issues can be an indication of a URI so it's vital you see a vet ASAP!

Cool boiled water is fine. But eye drops need to be presribed or confirmed by the vet, better to get your pig examined rather than home medicate.
