Tonight I have seen some unusual behavior by my guinea pig. His food thing is on a platform about a foot about the cage. He sometimes goes up there and then at random he like does a pop corn but then falls over and just wiggles for a second on the ground. Then he just gets up and starts digging as if he is trying to get to china. I also notice he seems to be confused such as keeps looking around and does not really stay in place. Does anyone know what might be going on? I will be taking him to the vet first thing in the morning.

I’m glad you’re getting him seen by a vet. I'm afraid we can’t know what is actually wrong.

Please ensure hay is also available on the ground level of the so he doesn’t have to go searching for it if he is unwell.
Switch from the routine lifelong weekly weight checks to instead weighing him daily so you can ensure he is eating enough hay (veg and pellets don’t count as they are considered to be snacks not a meal). This will enable you to step in with syringe feeding him if he loses any weight due to being unwell
